A cracking single malt Irish whisky here from the Waterford Distillery and its Single Farm Origin series, which is all about exploring terroir in whisky. The Busker Irish Whiskey
Irish whiskey doesn’t have a lot of rules and regulations to be considered “pure” and can be made with various grains and processes, as long as it is aged for at least three years in wooden casks and has a max ABV of 94.8%.
Teeling Small Batch challenges the convention of what an Irish blend should be. The flagship of our Trinity Range, Teeling Small Batch consists of hand selected casks of grain and malt whiskey, initially aged in ex-bourbon casks for up to 6 years, and then married together for more than 6 months in ex-rum cask from Central America, imparting a unique dried fruit profile. Like all of our Trinity Range, this whiskey is bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, completing an Irish Whiskey of true character.
Teeling Blackpitts is a peated Irish whiskey ― the first of its kind to be distilled in Dublin, as well as the second whiskey to be distilled at Teeling's new distillery. It's a triple-distilled single malt that is crafted with peated barley from Glenesk in Speyside. It's the triple distillation that brings the phenol level down, making for a gentler smokiness than its Scottish counterparts. The expression is aged in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sauternes French wine casks, then bottled without chill filtration at 92 proof. The name is a reference to the Blackpitts area behind the distillery, which was famous for its abundance of malting houses.
An all-time Irish Whiskey classic! Aged for 12 years, this Irish whiskey earned a score of 96 points from Whisky Advocate and the Double Gold Medal at the SFWSC. In addition it was named the “Irish Whiskey of the Year” at the Irish Whiskey Awards in 2013.
Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey denys to pay homage to the legacy of Gilbey and its European origins. The whiskey is crafted from a marriage of malted and unmalted barley, which are milled and mashed before being triple-distilled through traditional copper-pot stills. The inclusions of unmalted barley in the whiskey's mashbill, along with the tradition of triple distillation, are uniquely Irish approaches to producing whiskey.
A triple distilled blended Irish Whiskey produced in Cork and made, unusually, with all three styles of Irish whiskey: single pot still, single malt and grain. First produced in 1779, it wasn't until 1913 that it changed it's name to Paddy after legendary salesman Paddy Flaherty. Before that it had the rather catchy name of "Cork Distilling Company Map of Ireland Old Irish Whiskey". Rolls right off the tongue that one.
Midleton Whiskey
The 36th edition in their renowned and highly collectable range has been officially unveiled. This latest vintage release is a masterfully blended Irish whiskey from distillates laid down at Midleton Distillery, Co Cork, over the past four decades. Crafted by Master Distiller Brian Nation, Midleton Very Rare 2019 combines only hand-selected single pot still and single grain Irish whiskeys of exceptional quality and rarity within the Midleton Distillery, with each whiskey having been matured exclusively in lightly-charred ex-bourbon American oak barrels for between 13 and 34 years. This marks some of the oldest whiskey ever used in a Midleton Very Rare vintage release.
McConnell’s was a prominent whiskey-maker and one of the oldest brands of Irish whiskey. The brand was resurrected in 2020 with this blend of malt (30%) and grain (70%) spirit that matures for 5 years in ex-bourbon casks.
Limavady is an independent Single Barrel, Single Malt Irish Whiskey initiative realized in partnership with WhistlePig Whiskey. It's 100% Irish Barley, Small Batch, & Tripple Distilled before being finished in Ex-Bourbon Barrels and PX Sherry Casks.
Darryl McNally brings Single Barrel Whiskey to Ireland, reinventing the historic Limavady name. Crafted with 100% malted barley, the whiskey is triple distilled, aged in ex-bourbon barrels, and finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

A special pot still whiskey-heavy version of Jameson. Black Barrel has lots of first-fill bourbon and sherry casks in the mix, giving it a much richer flavour than regular Jameson, with a strong sherried note.
You’d be hard-pressed to find a more iconic name in the Irish whiskey world than “Jameson”. The Jameson tradition dates all the way back to 1740, when John Jameson was born into a family whose motto, “Sine Metu”(“Without Fear”), was earned through the family’s courage in fighting pirates on the high seas during the 1500s.
Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is Shed Distillery’s flagship expression made using malted Irish barley, un-malted Irish barley, and Irish Barra oats. It is matured in a combination of Kentucky Bourbon or Oloroso Sherry casks for five years. This elegant and well-balanced whiskey is best enjoyed neat.

Bushmills has recently changed its designs, and as the original labels are being phased out, there is still a chance that you might receive a bottle different than what is in the picture. Rest assured, the liquid remains the same, regardless of the design.
