RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND:

Our policy for ‘change of mind’ returns last 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds for ‘change of mind’ will be in the form of a store credit / gift card.

To be eligible for a ‘change of mind’ return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of the initial shipping will also be deducted from your credit.

Once your return is received and has passed inspection, your credit will be approved and you will be issued a gift card with the aforementioned amount.

If the returned item has not passed inspection we will notify and you then go by a case-by-case basis.

REFUNDS FOR DAMAGE, LOST OR MISSING ITEMS:

If an item you have received has been damaged please contact us with photos and we can either replace the item or issue a partial refund which will be determined at a case-by-case amount.

If your item has been lost by the courier please contact us and we can either replace the item or issue a full refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):  
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

EXCHANGES/REPLACEMENTS:

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or not as described. If you believe the item you have received qualifies for any of these reasons than please contact us.

Please note: If you are claiming an item is defective, damaged or not as described more than 30 days after delivery has occurred, we may reject your claim. We endeavor to resolve any issues but please be sure to thoroughly inspect your items when they arrive.
